• All reservations are subject to final approval by the Parks & Recreation Department.*
• All rentals are restricted to a maximum duration of 5 hours and must end before dusk.
• Restroom facilities, grills, and electricity are not available in all park locations.
• Only when registering online, payment must be made in full.*

*Reservation rentals are not guaranteed. If your reservation cannot be accommodated, a full refund will be provided. Reservation fees for cancelled rentals are non-refundable within 30 days of the rental date. Refunds are not provided for events cancelled due to inclement weather. A rescheduled date may be provided as available.
