Welcome to the office of the Town Manager. Under the Town of Herndon's form of government, the Town Manager is the chief administrative officer for the town, responsible for preparing the fiscal year budget and managing all town operations. He implements the Town Council's direction by encouraging the entire town work force to focus on providing superior service to all town customers - residents, businesses, civic organizations and visitors, as well as to internal customers - elected and appointed officials and other town staff members.
