The Town's boards, commissions, and ad hoc committees undertake specific functions and address particular areas of interest within the town.  Town Council appoints members to serve on the boards, which offer a great way for individuals to be active within the town.

• Business Member, Herndon Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee (HDEIC): The Town is seeking an energetic, results-oriented business owner to serve on the HDEIC, an advisory group that advocates for priority consideration of diversity, equity and inclusion in the development of town policies and programs.
