Group Exercise Classes

Small Group Training classes combine the individual attention and customized programming of one-on-one personal training, with the energy and motivation of group classes. New class sessions are offered monthly.

Drop-In Fitness Classes

We are now offering Drop-In classes for ages 16 & up. You can pay to attend or use an HCC admission pass. Space may be limited in the case of any necessary class size restrictions or equipment limitations. Admission is on a first-come basis

Body Sculpt & Abs on Tuesdays & Thursdays 7 am - 8 am; Saturdays from 9 am - 10 am

ZUMBA is on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 5:30pm

POUND Rockout. Workout. on Tuesday 7:30 - 8:15pm and Saturday 8-8:45am
