Fee Increase: At the May 14th Town Council Meeting the Town Council approved an increase in permit fees effective July 1, 2024. The new minimum permit fee will be $128.00. Click here for the new fee schedule.

 

Code Update: The Uniform Statewide Building Code year 2021 goes into effect January 18, 2024. There is a one year grace period where the 2018 code can still be used. Copies of the 2021 code can be purchased on the ICC website.
