Applicant must submit a Public Safety and Security Plan that indicates the following:

• Times of peak attendance
• Plan to provide notification to attendees in the event of an emergency
• A map showing primary and secondary evacuation routes
• Proposed street closures with details of how to secure the street
• Plan for proposed police presence and/or security
• The town reserves the right to dictate the level of security required for the site, as well as any necessary police presence. Outdoor locations may require additional security measures such as barriers and fencing. The Applicant will bear the cost of the required security measures.
• Events with 500+ people will also require a Street Closure Plan, Parking Plan and Crowd Management Plan. If the plans required by the Fairfax County Fire Marshal contain the same information, a copy of those plans may be submitted.
