The full agreement between the Applicant and the Town of Herndon will be captured in the Downtown Event Contract which will be drafted following the approval of the application. All financial obligations, to include any authorizations by Town Council will be outlined.
No other agreement between the parties shall be valid.

Deadlines

These deadlines will take effect July 2024 at which time the Town of Herndon will strictly adhere to the following deadlines:
