As the event organizer, you are responsible to apply for, and secure permits and insurance. Including but not limited to a: Temporary Business license. Copies of necessary permits and certificates of insurance will be required no later than 30 days prior to your event date.

INSURANCE
Insurance in the amount of no less than $2,000,000 will be required for events that do not include alcohol. If alcohol will be present at the event, general liability insurance in an amount of no less than $5,000,000 will be required. No exceptions will be made.
Applicants must provide a Certificate of Insurance and Endorsement naming the Town of Herndon as an additional insured for the entire event period, at least 30 days prior to the event.
