ALCOHOL & SMOKING

All events involving alcoholic beverages must be noted in the original application and pre-approved by the Town Manager.

If alcoholic beverages are to be served, it is the responsibility of the Applicant to contact the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Authority and secure a license, if required.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any town building or facility.

FOOD

Allowance of food at an event is dependent upon the space reserved. Health Department permits may be required and are the Applicant’s sole responsibility.
