Required items to open your water and sewer account are:

  • Photo ID (For all account types)
  • Proof of Property Ownership Ex. Sales Contract, Closing Documents (Owners only)
  • Copy of Lease Agreement (Residential & Commercial Tenants only)
  • Landlord Authorization (Residential & Commercial Tenants only)
  • Property Management Agreement (Property Managers only)
  • $200 Deposit (Residential Tenants only) - Payable after notification by town of account setup

Please note: we will not open your account with out the proper documentation and deposit (if required).

via e-mail. We care about the environment and we want to make it simple for you!

By checking this box I agree to accept responsibility to ensure that I am receiving my quarterly
E-Billing notifications at the e-mail address I have provided.

 * Customers who enable the E-Billing notification service are subject to standard late fees and delinquency procedures.
