The following items are required in order to apply for the Community Cultural Festival Donation Program:

• Event Host/Co-Host organization is a non-profit or not-for-profit in good legal standing.
• Non-profit or not-for-profit is located within the Town of Herndon, or located outside of the town but whose services and programs directly benefit the Herndon community.
• The event is:
  • a new community-oriented event;
  • located within the town of Herndon’s corporate limits;
  • free and open to the public; and
  • celebrates the cultures represented in the Herndon community
