Development Regulations

Article XV (starting at Sec. 78-150) of the Zoning Ordinance contains many of the regulations, standards, and processes that govern development and land use review.    

Site and Subdivision Plan Review

Administration of the site and subdivision plan review process has moved to the Department of Public Works.  Their Plan Review web page provides information on the Town's site and subdivision plan review process.

Pre-application Conferences

The applications listed above require a Pre-application Conference between staff and the applicant prior to initial submission. These conferences are held weekly on Thursdays and must be requested at least two weeks prior to the conference date.  See the documents below for more information.
