The Town of Herndon boasts a unique balance of strong sense of community and being a next generation small town and each employee is pivotal in providing exceptional services to our citizens. The Town has an immediate need for a Pilates Mat Instructor in the Parks and Recreation department. 

In this position, you will provide the following service to our community:
• Teach high-quality Pilates classes. 

What you will need: 
• 1 year experience as a Mat Pilates instructor. 
• Ability to communicate well with the public.
• Certified Pilates instructor. 
• Current AED/CPR certification preferred. 
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.

Hours: 
Varies. Recreation classes times are based on instructor availability, public demand and facility space.

Herndon Community Center; 814 Ferndale Avenue, Herndon, VA 20170
Due to the nature of a government providing services to the public all duties of this position are required to be fulfilled at the designated worksite in the town. No remote work is available.
