Report a Problem
Notice a pothole that needs fixing, or a broken street sign in your neighborhood? You can now make requests via the town's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, designed to better track and respond to citizen requests for service.
If you notice a problem that needs attention, contact us via the CRM online application. When you submit a request with your valid email address you can log back into the system at any time, 24 hours a day, and check the status (Open, In Progress, or COMPLETE) of your request.
PLEASE NOTE: The CRM application is NOT compatible with old versions of Internet Explorer (6.0 or less). Please make sure your web browser is up to date before attempting to submit a request via the CRM online application.
