Trade Permits
Any electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler, or fire alarm work in the Town of Herndon requries a seperate permit for each. If there is not a building permit for the job, or if the plans were not incorporated into the building plans, three sets of a detailed plan must be submitted with your completed application.
