ONLINE REGISTRATION

Beginning December 2012, Herndon Parks and Recreation Department introduces WebTrac as our online registration system.

If you already created a new WebTrac account, click here to begin registering online.

Thank you for your interest in registering for programs with the Herndon Parks and Recreation Department. We hope you will find this secure system easy to use. You can register for our programs at your convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

TO CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT:
From Webtrac
Click on Create an account.
Complete all of the required (RED) information fields.
Click on Finish.

When your account has been approved, you will receive two emails, one with a customer ID and one with a password.

Account approvals are processed between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Please allow one business day to receive your ID and password.

Town of Herndon Resident Discount

Town of Herndon residents are entitled to a 25% discount on classes meeting three or more times. If you reside permanently in the Town of Herndon, please bring proof of residency to the Community Center to activate your resident discount. By town policy, we accept as proof of residency either,

1. Current Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles issued driver's license or non-driver identification card, with the address in Herndon where you currently reside, or

2. Current invoice or receipt showing payment by you (or your spouse) to the Town of Herndon Finance Department for the vehicle you drive registered in the Town of Herndon (not Fairfax County).

TO UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

From the class registration website...
Enter the customer ID number (not your name) and password you received in your confirmation email. Click on Update Account to change your contact information. This is where you change your customer ID and password, as well.

You can add additional family members yourself only upon first registration. After that, if you have an additional member of your family living at your same address who is not on your account, please contact the Parks and Recreation staff.

TO ENROLL IN A CLASS:
You may browse the site as a Guest, however you must Sign In as a registered user in order to shop.

Select "Browse Activities" under Quick Links

TO REGISTER:

Choose any combination of activities by category, age, location, or other criteria by adding them to your shopping cart.

Choose an Activity Type
Add the class to your cart
Choose the family member to register
Answer any registration questions
Continue to the shopping cart
Choose checkout and finish by paying
